In short, it’s when a company gives you money in exchange for a portion of your home equity. But notice I had to define it – the “HEI” isn’t exactly a well-known offer. So advertising one means you have to define it there, too. Top it all off with added performance marketing needs, and suddenly a little 30-second ad turns into quite the tall order.

Despite those obstacles, we were able to pull it off with a human tale of a family’s ups and downs over the years. And while the campaign hasn’t been out long, results are showing unprecedented performance.
